My name is Karimeh Ebtekar. I am 45 years old and have been living in Germany for many years. My hometown is Abadan in southern Iran. The name Abadan Glanz was inspired by my hometown and connects my personal roots with my work in Germany today.

During my years in Germany, I have tried to become more and more integrated into society and everyday life here by learning the German language and participating in various courses and further training programs. These experiences inspired me to use my skills and many years of experience to provide valuable support to others in their everyday lives.

For many years, I have been working in the areas of household support, everyday assistance, cooking, as well as companionship and support for older people and families. Through this work, I have gained extensive practical experience in these areas.
